Short Break Venice Cruise

This 4 night short break cruise is not only a wonderful way to see this magical city but also represents great value for money. The city of Venice sits in the middle of the vast Venetian Lagoon and is built on over 400 small islands so staying aboard a boat while you experience this unique landscape gives you the chance to see Venice from every angle. Itinerary

Day 1 | Arrive in Venice and transfer to the ship. Captain’s welcome cocktail party and meet your fellow guests. Overnight on board in Venice.

Day 2 |Moored in Venice, you’ll have time to explore the city at your own pace or with our optional excursions.
• Classic - Guided tour of the Doge’s Palace and St. Mark’s Square (£59)
• Discovery - Follow in footsteps of the legendary Casanova finishing at the Rialto bridge (£59)
An optional afternoon excursion to the Murano and Burano Islands (£40) aboard a private boat. Murano is famous for its glass and Burano for its lace. Overnight on board in Venice.

Day 3 | An optional morning excursion (£61) to see how gondolas are built followed by a visit to a workshop where the famous carnival masks are made.
In the afternoon, either cruise the lagoon or stay ashore to explore Venice at your leisure. Overnight on board in Venice.

Day 4 | A morning cruise across the lagoon to Chioggia. Afternoon optional excursions from Chioggia after which you’ll return to Venice for your last evening on board ship. Gala evening on board.
